Summary: At check-in, no staff were present at the front desk, and despite my request, the second guest’s name was never added to the reservation. On the first night, we were locked out of our room because the key cards did not work. For safety and convenience, it would be beneficial to have a phone available on each floor or landing to connect with the front desk, especially overnight. The room itself also required attention: the floor was sticky upon arrival and had to be re-cleaned, and we needed to repeatedly request additional toilet paper throughout the stay.

Summary: The hotel offer NOTHING. Why stay at an extended stay where you have to go buy pots, pans, plates, forks, spoons, glasses. There was nothing at all provided not even a coffee pot to have coffee. The room key stopped working when I went out to my car at 8:00 a.m. and when I went up to the lobby desk there was a metal door rolled down and they were closed. I had to sit in my car until I could wake my friend up in the room to let me back in very very unacceptable horrible stay and will never stay again
